Shipping Information

We deliver orders across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Every order is packed with care to help ensure your silk scarves arrive safely and in excellent condition.

• Delivery Time: 2 to 4 working days
• Shipping Charges: Flat Rs 250 per order
• Delivery Coverage: Nationwide across Pakistan
• Payment Methods: Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer

Delivery times may occasionally vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays beyond our control.

Order Processing

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within one working day after confirmation. Once your parcel has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your delivery until it arrives.

Return Eligibility

If you receive the wrong item or a product with a manufacturing defect, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Include all original tags and packaging.
• Be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
• Items returned without their original tags or packaging.

How to Request a Return

If your order qualifies for a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. Photos may be requested to help us review your request more quickly.

Once your request has been approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.

Exchange Option

If you’d prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we’ll be happy to arrange it for eligible products. If there’s a price difference, we’ll either refund the balance or request the remaining amount before dispatching the replacement.
