At SilkScarf, we want you to shop with confidence. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to resolve it fairly and quickly. Please read our refund policy below before requesting a refund or exchange.

When You Can Request a Refund

You may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• You received the wrong product.
• Your order arrived with a manufacturing defect.
• The product was damaged during delivery.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all tags and original packaging.

Refunds We Cannot Approve

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges in the following situations:

• Change of mind after placing an order.
• Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
• Items returned without their original tags or packaging.
• Requests submitted after the 7-day return period.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe your order qualifies for a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We may ask for clear photos to help us review your request as quickly as possible.

After reviewing your request, we’ll let you know whether it has been approved and provide the next steps.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are usually processed within 7 to 10 business days.

• Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded through a mutually agreed payment method.
• Bank Transfer payments will be refunded to the bank account provided by the customer.

Exchange Instead of a Refund

If you’d rather receive another product instead of a refund, we’ll gladly arrange an exchange for eligible items. If there’s a price difference, we’ll either refund the remaining amount or request the balance before dispatching the replacement.
